• 3/8" (9.5 mm) — for substantial packing depth

• Heat resistant — holds shape in conditions where PLA would soften
• Impact resistant — handles clamping pressure without cracking
• Dimensionally stable — maintains thickness under load

We do not use PLA for functional hardware.

Confirm your door thickness and escutcheon format before ordering, and measure the packing depth your installation needs. These are made for the XS4 Mini ANSI escutcheon specifically.

On the thicker plates, you may need longer fixing screws than those supplied with the escutcheon.
