At CarNeedsNow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
- Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all parts/accessories
A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or “final sale” items
Apparel Return Policy
All apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, etc.) are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on apparel purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will be happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at esolutions.development@gmail.com
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund (including shipping) after review
How to Start a Return
- Email esolutions.development@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and instructions
- Ship the item using a trackable service (we’ll share the correct return address in our reply)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- We can exchange for the same item (if available)
- If you want a different product, please process a return and place a new order
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit—please use a trackable service
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment—email us right away at esolutions.development@gmail.com
- If an order has shipped, please follow the return process above
