Return & Refund Policy

At CarNeedsNow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be:

  1. Unused and in original condition
  2. In the original packaging with all parts/accessories

A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or “final sale” items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at esolutions.development@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund (including shipping) after review

How to Start a Return

  1. Email esolutions.development@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service (we’ll share the correct return address in our reply)
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • We can exchange for the same item (if available)
  • If you want a different product, please process a return and place a new order

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit—please use a trackable service

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment—email us right away at esolutions.development@gmail.com
  • If an order has shipped, please follow the return process above
