Car Needs Now “3D Helmet Giveaway” Official Rules

1. Sponsor:
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Car Needs Now (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility:
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., age 18 or older. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries accepted from October 1, 2025 through 11:59 PM EST on October 31, 2025. Winners will be selected on or about November 4, 2025.

4. How to Enter:
You may enter in the following ways:

  • Purchase Entry: Receive 1 entry for every $1 spent on carneedsnow.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Social Media Entry (Free Method): Follow @juan_c_missing_gears, like the post for the giveaway, tag 3 friends, and share it post. This counts as 1 entry.

No limit on entries, but each entry must comply with these rules. Automated or duplicate entries are void.

5. Prizes:
Four winners will each receive one of the following 3D-printed helmets or masks:

  • Deadpool Helmet (Extra Large)

  • Deadpool Helmet (Regular)

  • Cyber Spiderman Helmet

  • Venom White Mask (Medium)

Approximate retail value per item: $80-$120. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about November 4, 2025. Winners will be contacted via the platform they entered on or via email if available. Winners must respond within 72 hours or another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and their affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

8. Publicity:
By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
